Agreement: By booking or accepting the Booking Form, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions, forming the contract between Tourency Trip Pvt Ltd (referred to as “the Company”) and the Customer. This agreement applies to all persons listed in the booking.
Brochure Validity: While we take care in preparing brochures and documents, they may contain errors and become outdated. The Customer must confirm brochure validity with the Company. Photos and descriptions are for reference and may not be exact.
Itinerary Changes: The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries due to factors like weather, events, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be promptly informed of any changes. No grievances regarding itinerary changes will be entertained during or after the tour. Entry & Exit points may vary based on date and flight availability. After final documents are issued, the Company bears no responsibility for cancellations or modifications to the tour, whether initiated by the client or the vendors. Refunds will adhere to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective vendors Additional charges will apply for any requested seat preferences.
Booking: Bookings can be made at our sales offices or through authorized agents. A completed Booking Form and required deposit or full payment is necessary for confirmation. Change of groups is not permitted within 90 working days of the travel date.
Prices and Payment: Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice. Final prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is required before departure. Additional taxes may apply.

From 1st April 2020 onwards TCS (Tax Collected at Source) will be collected from customers for any full or partial payments, the amount is not included in our package and it will be refunded by GOVT of India

Exclusions: Booking amounts do not include personal expenses, tips, visa translation charges, additional meals, excursion costs, or unforeseen expenses.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made by cash, Credit/Debit card, Cheque, UPI, NEFT, or bank transfer. Additional charges may apply for certain payment methods.
Payments made by cheque take approximately 5 business days to process. Customers opting for this method must ensure payment is made at least 5 business days before the due date. Customers are required to refrain from stopping payment on the cheque even in the event of booking cancellation. Additionally, customers acknowledge that the company may utilize the cheque proceeds to cover any outstanding liabilities, including cancellation fees, prior to refunding the remaining balance.
Documents Delivery: Air tickets will be provided 15 days before departure upon full payment, hotel vouchers 3 days before departure, and visas as per embassy or visa authority approval.
Health and Insurance: It is recommended that you obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies and trip cancellations.
Booking Change or Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations may incur charges as per our policy. The Company may also amend or cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control. Visa approval prohibits cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation charges apply based on the time frame before departure. Air tickets, visa, and advance payments are non-refundable. Peak periods may have special cancellation policies.
Note: Terms may vary during peak periods or for specific destinations. Customers will be informed of any changes at the time of reservation
Travel Documents: Customers are responsible for obtaining valid passports and ensuring compliance with immigration requirements. The company provides information on travel requirements but holds no liability for inaccuracies or failure to obtain necessary documents.
Visa: Please be aware that visa approval depends on the requirements and procedures of the embassy and the company is not responsible for any rejection of the visa. In case of visa rejection, the refund policy remains unchanged
Meals: Meal arrangements are outlined in the itinerary, with no guarantee of special diets or accommodations. Special requirements are advised to be addressed on customized tours.
Hotels: Hotels are selected for comfort and value, with facilities varying. Room arrangements, including single, double, triple, and children accommodations, are subject to availability and specific conditions.
International hotel check-in time is usually at 14:00 hours, and check-out time is at 12:00 hours (although some hotels may have varying timings). Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability or extra charges.
Children under 12 years old are typically accommodated as child without bed and breakfast, except in countries where only children under 8 years old qualify for this arrangement. But it depends on hotels internal terms and conditions.
Most international hotels require a security deposit upon check-in, which is refunded upon check-out. It’s advisable to avoid using debit cards due to longer refund processing times. Any additional services availed during the stay may be charged against this deposit, and the Company is not liable for such transactions.
Tours: The tour timings listed in the itinerary are approximate; you will receive the final timings for your tour the day before. PVT transfer mode entails direct point-to-point transfers. Kindly stick to the designated pickup times; our drivers will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. If you miss a pickup, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to the attractions. Please ensure you’re in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time for tours/transfers.
Company’s Responsibilities and Liabilities: The Company acts as an intermediary for travel-related services and is not liable for services provided by third-party suppliers. Customers are responsible for adherence to laws, fitness to travel, and indemnifying the company for damages. Additional Conditions: Includes details on breakfast, meal types, sightseeing, tour manager instructions, visa procedures, and tips. Customers are advised on expected behaviors, tour alterations, and no refunds for unused services.
Complaints/Refunds: Complaints must be reported promptly to the local representative and submitted in writing within 30 days of tour completion. Refunds are subject to administration fees and conditions.
Governing Law: Disputes are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Kolkata district courts.
Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for acts beyond its control.
Limitation of Liabilities: Company liability is limited to its fees charged.
Severability: Null terms do not affect the enforceability of remaining terms.
Vaccination: Travelers must have received their last vaccination dose within specified timeframes.
